Our History and Experience
Our Principal, Gail Snow Moraski, founded Results in 2004 as a part-time, temporary venture to serve as a consultant to clients in the financial, healthcare, real estate, and import/export industries. Since April 2014, Gail has been thrilled to be able to devote herself to the full-time, permanent role of leading Results and helping clients — from any industry — achieve their awareness, sales, profit, and other conversion objectives.
Gail is passionate and skilled at “slicing ‘n dicing”. Data excites vs. frightens her, and her favorite activities are those that require her to use her strong analytical skills.
When recommending, developing tools for, and conducting primary and secondary research, as well as when devising integrated, strategic marketing plans and executing proposed tactics outlined in them, Gail will use her 25+ years of marketing experience, exceptional analytics skills, and education (M.B.A. from Boston University’s Graduate School of Management with marketing focus) to ensure your marketing budget dollars are optimized and spent wisely; hence, our tagline, “Maximizing Results Through Research-Supported Marketing.”
With more than 30 years of professional experience at a variety of organizations of diverse sizes and profit statuses, in numerous industries, in various geographies (including state-wide, national and international organization experience), and in various life cycle stages, Gail brings knowledge and skills that can be applied to any organization regardless of its newness or history, number of employees, or product/program/service focus. While much of Gail’s employment has been in the healthcare and financial service (investment/banking) industries, she also brings experience from contract, consulting, or permanent roles for these types of organizations:
- market research supplier
- marketing/advertising agency
- higher education institutions and organizations serving higher and secondary education organizations
- professional service firms, such as accounting firms
- other business-to-business consulting firms, including those who help non-U.S. companies do business in U.S.

Benefit from Our Fighting Spirit
In addition, as a survivor of a rare abdominal cancer (sarcoma), Gail knows the importance of not putting anything off until tomorrow, and understands the benefits of living life fearlessly — that has only enhanced her ability and eagerness to face challenges head on, and to seek them out. While she’s always been goal-oriented and a fighter, her health experience has made her more so, and she will bring that “never give up” spirit to any projects and work she does for clients.
Since high school when she served as a volunteer at Oakhill School for the Blind in Hartford, CT, Gail has been active in her community. In recent years, she taught singing and cooking to children living in one of the Home For Little Wanderers residences. More recently, she has served as the volunteer Marketing Lead for the Braintree-Milton-Randolph Relay For Life 2014 & 2015 Events and currently serves as a pro bono social media voice and optimizer for “Our Heart Speaks”, in addition to being a part of many other past and present community activities.
